Scalable capabilities of the VoltiGo platform
The VoltiGo system has been designed using a modern, two‑layer architecture that integrates a central control layer with local layers installed directly at energy infrastructure devices. This structure enables seamless scalability, allowing additional energy storage systems or microgrids to be incorporated easily and cost‑effectively.
The central layer (VoltiGo Central) contains the core database, security mechanisms, and a suite of analytical and predictive algorithms. This layer is responsible for processing data aggregated from multiple locations, presenting operational information to the user, and coordinating the operation of the entire infrastructure.
The local layer (VoltiGo Local) operates directly at the energy storage units and associated devices. It is responsible for collecting real‑time operational data, standardizing communication with equipment from different manufacturers, and securely transmitting information to the central system. When required, it can also perform local control functions.
In environments requiring higher reliability or integration with devices using diverse communication standards, VoltiGo leverages its proprietary automation components, such as CZAT7 controllers. This ensures data consistency, operational stability, full compliance with energy‑sector infrastructure requirements, and certified security.
